Greetings! I am a passionate Yoga practitioner who lives in Montana and loves the outdoors (and dogs!). I can attest to the power of Yoga as it has allowed me to work and move through past traumas, addictions, and mental blocks and into a more embodied, wholehearted, and meaningful life. I am not like the people you see on social media - hypermobile, flexible, performative. My yoga practice, and that which I share, is based in connection, not perfection. It is not about the shape of the pose - it is about shaping your experience on and off the mat.
You may recognize that Yoga has potential for great benefit in your life but don't feel comfortable in a studio/open class setting. Or maybe you would like to grow in a practice that meets you exactly where you are at. I offer private, personal sessions that offer you the benefits of a yoga practice while ensuring that it is best suited to meet the needs of your unique life (as well as fit into your schedule).
As your guide, I work to make it as simple as possible to experience tangible results and affect positive change on and off the mat through breath work, physical postures, and Yogic philosophy. Sessions can be booked with Rosie Yoga for over Zoom or at a studio space in Livingston.
