Are you ready to partake in an experience that is designed for rest, adventure, and personal development? This weekend trip on the Yellowstone River is going to be epic! The trip will be kept to a small group of 6-8 to ensure we can fully experience these special places' peace, quiet, and power.

This practice of 108 sun salutations is a great community event.
We practice 12 sets of 9 sun salutations with a restorative posture in between.
All levels are encouraged - there are tons of modifications!!
