Pop Up Pilates with Jeannette

Join us for a one night only Pilates Pop-Up class this Thursday 6-715p! This all levels class will be led by Jeannette Blank. Jeannette has been teaching pilates for the last 6 years and will take you through a full-body series that will target your deep abdominals. A great complimentary workout to your regular yoga practice. This class is a drop in $13 or use your pass and give it a try!

Vinyasa Aligment Workshop with Kristine
The transition from Plank Pose through Upward-Facing Dog to Downward Dog can challenge even experienced yoga practitioners. This 90 minute workshop will break down the poses and transitions of traditional vinyasa to help students learn the best alignment for their individual bodies with a focus on protecting the shoulder joint. We will also explore various modifications and alternatives to the vinyasa flow sequence. As time allows, the class will include cover Sun Salutations and additional poses.

Sundays are back!! Come unwind after your day on the slopes, x=country ski or just weekend life. Use your pass or drop in - this is not a series class
