There will be no class 6am on 11/22 and 12p on 11/23
We have two specials for the month of November
$65 for unlimited morning classes
Tuesday 6a with Kaitin, Wednesday 630 with Jessica and Thursday 6a with Christy
$65 for unlimited Hot Yoga
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6p- Hot Yoga with Shannon
(no class 11/8)
November 2nd 6-8p
$20 donation/bring your own tea mug
- Kundalini Yoga and meditation, with a Gong relaxation for the Nervous System, and also Yogi Tea, Rooibos Chai (caffine free) will be served
Friday evenings are an auspicious time for getting out and connecting. This will be a wonderful opportunity to come together with like minds for stress release, fun, support and uplifting yourself.
Yoga for Every Body continues Mondays at 10:45a
$50 per month
This is a slow, alignment-focused class suitable for beginners and people working with limitations. We use props to make the poses safe and accessible.
Classes include yoga postures, meditation and breathing practices, and deep relaxation.
