Coming soon – new Rosie Yoga Workshop!
February 3 @ 8:00 am - March 31 @ 5:00 pm
What a unique January, at least here in Montana. Last year when my Aloe plant was flowering we had over 5 feet of snow in the yard and outside the window - this year, it is in the 50’s and only little island patches of snow at the cabin.
Though unseasonably warm, the weather reminds us that there are things we can’t change, though we can change our minds about how we react to and move forward with what is presented. Make a new plan, dress accordingly, and remember that gratitude isn’t handed to us - it is cultivated through finding appreciation for what is here, now.
I am EXTREMELY excited to finally announce the first Rose Workshop for 2024, and even more excited that this is in collaboration with a dear friend and incredible human, Cheyenne.
Have you ever been curious about the chakras - what are they? How do they affect my experience? What can I do to balance them? Even if you haven’t thought about them previously, maybe this will spark your interest! Chakras are an integral part of our energetic system and, like any part of our being, we can help ensure their proper functioning through awareness and intention.
Chakras are often discussed in relation to yoga because of the many aspects of the practice which invite us to become the curious observer of ourselves in order to navigate our personal journeys in finding inner balance, stability, and ease.
Cheyenne and I have created an Intro to Healing Your Chakras workshop that will set you on the trail to understanding your chakras, learning how to balance and heal them through different tools of Yoga: Mudra (gesture), Pranayama (breath), Asana (posture), and Meditation,. Not only will this experience explore through information and practice - there will also be space for personal reflection and group discussion.
This workshop will be held on Saturday March 23rd from 11am-4pm - for more information and to register click here. This offering is open to every body and all those interested in deepening their yoga practice through self awareness.
It has been such a pleasure to combine knowledge and experience with Cheyenne in order to bring you this workshop. We look forward to this opportunity and hope to see you there!
In the meantime, and as always, you can find my current yoga schedule here.
I hope you find enjoyment in whatever the weather brings in February - experiencing the season as it comes.
With love and gratitude,
