Tuesday nights 6pm - 715pm

$50 for 5 weeks
Drop in available - $12/class
30 minutes of running and 45 minutes of complimentary yoga poses
Class will include
• 30 minutes on running or walking (for all levels)
• 45 minutes on yoga poses and stretches designed to increase agility, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility to help keep you injury-free.
