OULA with Kelly
Are you interested in sharing your talents and skills with the Livingston community? I would love to talk to you about your idea for a class!
Live, Learn, Grow, Teach
OULA with Kelly 5 Tuesdays, 5:45 - 6:45 PM, Jan 8 - Feb 5, $25 OULA is a high-energy, easy to learn, calorie burning, dance workout to Top 40 hits. With just enough conditioning to make your muscles work, classes are one hour of sweat, joy, and total inspiration!
Taught by Kelly Miller
Kelly has been teaching group fitness classes since 2011. She started doing OULA 4 years ago when she lived in MissOULA, where the program originated. She loved it so much, she brought it with her when she moved to town and has been teaching OULA in Livingston for almost two years. Her passion for group fitness comes more from a sense of community, rather than the exercise world. Meeting a total group of strangers and seeing them support one another is what drives Kelly to bring the most energy to each class.
