What to Expect in 2021:
We are currently working with the Park County Health Department to make sure that we follow guidelines in order to provide a safe and successful event for our artists, vendors, guests, volunteers, and the entire community. Please be prepared for changes in safety protocols and festival layout. In this time of uncertainty, we will share guidelines and any changes in event structure with accepted artists as soon as possible.
If accepted you must agree to follow ALL local guidelines and Depot safety rules. You will be expected to act as an example of healthy behavior to your customers, guests, and other vendors.
April 15, 2021 - Round 1 of Selection May 14 - Application Deadline May 21- Application Payment Deadline June 1 - Notification of Final Selection (via email) June 8 - Final Booth Payment Deadline July 1 - Accepted artists may begin setting up their booths at 1pm. Please DO NOT start any earlier. July 2 - Festival Check-in 8:00 - 9:00 am. All artists MUST be present at their booths for check-in. July 2, 3 & 4 - Livingston Depot Festival of the Arts
Thank you to the vendors that transferred their 2020 application fee to a membership in the Depot Foundation; your 2021 application fee will be waived!
From now on, active members of the Depot Foundation will have their application fee waived! Become a member and support the iconic Depot.
