Exhibit: A celebration of the landmarks and landscapes of Livingston, Montana as
rendered through photography, metal work and paint.
Beth Gregory creates artisan jewelry from her studio in Livingston, Montana. This
exhibit will feature her enamel work, which embraces the vibrant hues and rustic
imperfections of working with glass, metal, and flame. Starting with hand-cut
reclaimed industrial copper, she fuses multiple layers of enamel to the metal,
building up rich designs with a depth of color. The medium is perfect for capturing
the raw beauty of our local landscapes and landmarks.
Tony Demin studied photography at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, then moved
on to shoot adventure sports in Aspen, Colorado. From there, he landed among the
majestic mountains and river valleys of Livingston, Montana. He now has come full-
circle back to his roots in Traverse City, Michigan. Tony strives to capture active
living: the beauty, the grit, the quiet, the extreme and the messiness. Whether the
photo is painstakingly constructed or a blind grab shot, the final image is fresh,
authentic and memorable.
Tandy Miles Riddle is an award winning fine artist whose work is inspired by the
myriad forms of beauty she finds and explores in Southwest Montana. Tandy
attended the Corcoran School of Art and Montana State University.
Tandy works with oil on canvas or board with some additions of pencil, oil paint
stick or cattle marker & spray paint. The technique might be described as
expressionist. There is a mixture of realism and abstraction with a nod toward
something described as painterly, using a looseness to describe something finite.
A Montana native and California expat, John Zumpano has spent most of his life
traveling the country pursuing light, shadow and form. Whether in motion or
stillness, images are the core of his world. His photos speak of people, landscape and
what the West is made of.
