Yoga for Every Body
Yoga for Every Body is a slow, alignment-focused class suitable for people working with limitations. We use modifications and props including chairs to make poses accessible and provide options for those not wanting to come to the floor. Classes include yoga postures, meditation and breathing practices, and end with a long relaxation session. No yoga experience is necessary.
Thursday series begins again on February 23rd at 10:45-noon
Tuesday series begins again on February 28 at 10:45 -noon
You can pay a $13 one time drop in rate to check out the class, or $75 for the full six week series.
Lisa Hughes is coming to the Breathing Room on Friday, March 24 - Saturday. March 25 for a winter/early spring workshop. On Friday night from 6-8 pm Lisa will focus on hips and restorative yoga posses. Saturday morning from 9-noon will be a gentle flow with a slight focus on hamstrings and other tight areas, and then Saturday afternoon from 2-4 pm will be a tea and meditation practice.
Cost is $120 for the entire workshop or $40 for each session.
