An opportunity to launch or refresh your practice.

Join Karen Stenseth, ND, RYT for this six week series. This class will be an opportunity to immerse yourself in the foundations of yoga so that you become familiar with basic poses and philosophy. There will be individual attention given so that the practice becomes your own, inviting in safety and growth. Participants will complete the series with the confidence to either develop a home practice and/or attend a range of other drop in classes. Cost $75

Tuesdays, January 17th – February 21st at 10:45 am with Kristine Backes.

This is a gentle class, not fast or athletic, for beginners, elders and in between and experienced practitioner too. The class begins with sitting meditation, and then moves to a few warm up movements, then to a pose or two or more and ends with a long relaxation. Each pose or position, is dissected or explained in great detail, resulting in a new awareness of your position. Cost $75
