Kundalini Yoga:

Transitioning from Fall to Winter

4 Mondays, 6:00-7:30 pm, Nov 28 - Dec 19, $40

Fall is a time of transitions. The days are growing noticeably shorter as the earth moves from summer to winter and the longest night of the year is quickly approaching. Transition and change can be energizing or intimidating, depending upon our situation. In times of stress, we can even feel completely frazzled. Yoga music and mantra can be very helpful to ease through transitions with grace, and help keep us connected to the energy of the universe so we don’t get depleted. For this four week series, we'll focus on bringing in the sun energy and strengthening the inner qualities of bravery, wisdom and peace, important emotional tools to help navigate through changes.

Taught by Jessica Kerr

Jessica began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the powerfully healing and transformative aspects of the practice. She is a KRI-Certified Level I Kundalini Yoga Instructor and currently teaches at the Breathing Room in Livingston.
