In this six week series, we’ll start with fundamental concepts:
The five elements;
Three doshas (forces);
Determining your unique constitution (prakriti) and current state of imbalances (vikriti).
From this foundation, we will learn how to use the three pillars of life - food (nourishment), sleep (rest) and creative energy and relationship - through practices such as:
Proper daily routine for your unique constitution;
Using food as medicine based on the six tastes;
Pranayama (breathing exercises); Meditation;
